This survey is to measure customer satisfaction for those residents of and visitors to Bath and North East Somerset who have used the Council Connect service.
Why are we consulting?
Council Connect is committed to delivering the very best customer service possible. An important element of this is understanding how satisfied our customers are with the service that we currently deliver. Completing this survey helps us to continuously improve the Council Connect service based upon our customer's feedback.
What happens next:
This will be a rolling survey and we will publish the results twice a year on the Council Website (April and October). We will include an overall satisfaction percentage and commentary on what we have learned and what we have done as a result of the survey. The first results will be due in April 2017.
