This survey is to measure customer satisfaction for those residents of and visitors to Bath and North East Somerset who have used the Council Connect service.
Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. The results for the survey that ran from December 2016 to March 2017 are as follow:
The overall satisfaction score for this survey is 65.5%, against a target of 65%.
The survey suggest that we do very well in being professional, polite and being sympathetic to our customer's needs.
Where we need to improve is in keeping our customers informed of the progress of service requests. We also had some negative feedback suggesting that our internal service partners are sometimes failing to respond in an acceptable time frame to service requests. Several customers mentioned some frustration with having to re-order recycling containers.
We aim to improve upon this experience for our customers by:
- Working closely with our service partners to ensure service requests are picked up faster and that customers receive timely feedback on their requests
- Monitoring the delivery time of recycling containers more closely so as to help prevent non-delivery or late delivery
