Event Description:

This year we are celebrating 100 years since the birth of our founder, Group Captain Leonard Cheshire and this event will be held in aid of Greenhill House, one of our care homes, which is based in Timsbury, 8 miles from Bath.

The theme will be sport to celebrate our own sporting successes and to draw inspiration from Paralympic sport and Invictus games athletes, who apparently warm up by playing Boccia (prononouned Bo-tch-a) a sport close to the hearts of those at Greenhill House.  The event will have guest speakers from Help for Heroes and Paralympic athletes, highlighting the value of sport in recovery and its psychological benefits.

Guests will enjoy an evening of fine dining and drinks and there will also be dancing to the music of Room 21 Big Band who are well known for their 1940s sound.  We hope you can join us for what promises to be a wonderful evening.

Can't join us?  Please e-mail us to find out how you can support the centenary appeal through sponsorship or a prize donation.
