The Directorate Support unit provides a range of services to teams across the Place Directorate.
Key work to date has included the development of the Place Plan and supporting material. The Directorate Support unit will have key role in this going forward.
Main priorities for the Directorate Support unit will be the achievement of Customer Service Excellence, Investors in People and Health and Wellbeing standards. As part of this performance reporting will be key.
The Directorate Support unit acts for Place as one of the main contacts for ‘Connecting Communities’, ‘Customer First’ and Organisational Development to help to ensure that the aims of the Council are achieved within the Place Directorate.
The Head of Directorate Support is Jon Evans.
